Share Council

A fair share for everyone

Social Impact

Company summary

Share Council makes it possible for entrepreneurs to share company co-ownership with employees, customers, suppliers, investors and other stakeholders at the touch of a button. Building the foundation of your company together, that's what we at Share Council arrange for you.

With Share Council we have one important dream:

“Iedere Europeaan mede-eigenaar maken van het bedrijf waar hij of zij voor werkt, klant van is, leverancier aan is of in heeft geïnvesteerd.”

With this we help create more stable companies, increase productivity/decrease absenteeism and realize more involvement. By building ecosystems more easily and making financing available more easily. This directly contributes to our social focus on a fairer distribution of capital in our society. This is achieved through passive income (return on Certificates) through a better distribution of co-ownership.

We do this by making it possible for SMEs to make everyone co-owner of their company at the touch of a button. We remove all (legal) barriers to co-ownership by arranging co-ownership very easily and making it available digitally.

In the past three years, Share Council has become the expert in the Netherlands in the field of participation and ownership. Our drive is to help companies accelerate. Enabling innovation, raising new investments and binding the right people to your company. This is currently interesting for every entrepreneur.

Help us, together we can make the financial world a bit more stable, robust and more equitable.
